Are you taking Anti Aging Supplements Daily?

Let’s face it, on several occasions many of us try to convince ourselves that 30′s are the new 20′s and 40′s the new 30′s. With each candle blown and birthday celebrated, our biological defense clock goes up and hell hath no fury as a girl who is asked her age. Airbrush and superficial build up techniques of these young and malnourished models have further compounded the collective feminine woes. In our race against the time, hungrier ones don’t stop at pulling all the stops and compromise with nothing but their quota of Botox fill and alternative cosmetic operations. Not all people can financially afford such treatments to overcome their beauty insecurities, while on the other hand, not all people view such approaches as being ethically correct. Except for the regular parlor visits and gym memberships at exorbitant rates, somewhere our naïve heart falls for those miraculous anti aging supplements and before we recognize, it all somehow finds an approach to our medical shelf.

This has solely sparked off moral and medical debates regarding the veracity of such medical supplements though, in recent times we have seen the arrival of varied pharmaceutical companies with their highly sophisticated R&D within the market. Thus the question is ‘Are you taking an anti aging supplement?’ or remains below the reeling result of a confused ethical ground? How many times have we heard that such supplements do not really bring any commendable effects? They are just a spin off to commercialize on the insecurities people tend to have with regards to beauty, especially in the case of women. As mighty these claims be, it’s, difficult to over look the temptation after we make our next trip to supermarket. It is all very confusing to the customer to pick up a product from the plethora of products that are available in the market; all with salacious promoting schemes and inspirational ambassadors.

However, one cannot understand exactly our perceived dependence on such supplements, when there are more natural ways in which to beat the aging effects. There’s nothing wrong on our reliance towards those creams or medical supplements if we tend to have the proper reasons, however doing thus without an proof of the effectiveness and after effects of using such supplements is a cardinal sin. Having said this, it is not the duty of the customers to ascertain the credibility of anti-aging supplements and to determine their side effects, this is primarily the duty of the manufacturers. Some people might be allergic to one of more ingredients in such products, so it is always best to seek for medical help before trying such products.

Decision taken at the right time behind the proper guidance armed with quintessential information is how it should be. After all, who does not wish to hit the latest nightclub in the city and still be hooted at! Or who doesn’t need to flaunt that curvaceous back or flat tummy in the designer garment. It is not just the movie stars and rock stars who desire the admiration of other people. We just need to be a little smarter to make sure that we combine the best supplements together with a healthy lifestyle.
