Many people struggle with weight loss and I understand that watching your weight and keeping it on the healthy side is not so easy.

The “healthy cooking’ is probably the most important. Because, this is very doable and you can control this part of the equation.
What is healthy cooking?
Well, healthy cooking is using the minimal amount of oil, cooking a lot of vegetables , cooking lean meat, preferably fish, chicken or lean pork or beef.
I came up with this solution last year. I tried to cook only with minimal amount of oil, but this not always worked, until I did not come across the “ indoor grill“. I tried few indoor grills, and they are many on the market now like: George Foreman Grill (actually, many types of GF grills),Cuisinart Griddler (or Cuisinart GR-4 Griddler/Panini Press),Breville Panini press and many more…
Which is the best indoor grill for weight loss?
I was skeptical, because I do not trust this kind of appliances. But to my surprise, after I started fixing meals with this grill I found out how much fat was dripping from the meat I started to trust it more. Cooking vegetables and a piece of fish to prepare a tasty meal gave me confidence and believe, that I can lose the weight on my own and the long term goal seemed more and more doable.
I tried few grills: George Foreman Next Grilleration Electric Grill and Cuisinart GR-4 Griddler and Panini Grill. I like both, and I use both, but I like Cuisinart Griddler more. Both indoor grills are price wise similar.
My favorite is Cuisinart Griddler, which is a multifunctional grill , and can be used as contact grill, panini press, large open grill, or griddle.It is designed from brushed stainless steel, and this space-saving appliance offers cooking options that range from grilled vegetables,pancakes, sausages, and grilled cheese to fish, hamburgers, and panini. The nonstick grill and griddle plates (that are removable and dishwasher-safe) are designed to drain grease away from food for healthier cooking. Some recipes call for little oil, but I usually marinade the meat and no oil is used.
On the other hand, George Foreman Next Grilleration has smooth design, I call it “happy” design, and removes fat from grilled meat into the tray. Handles stay cool when grilling and removable plates are easy to clean and dishwasher safe.Very easy to use.
I have been using both grills for about a year. I have one at home and one at my office.I lost about 15 pounds, but not only by cooking on the grill, but using more vegetables and controlling portions. But the thing, which probably is important as well as choosing the grilling as the main method of healthy cooking is, eating satisfying warm meal, which eliminates my cravings.
I have to say, the new year resolution without the informed decision would’t do much. I am glad I found the right balance. So if you still wait for your resolution to come through, try some “indoor grill“. The cooking is fun, it saves time and calories! And you are in charge! Don’t you love that?
