To be completely effective, hCG injections must be combined with a very strict and specific food plan, consuming a very low-calorie diet of approximately 500 calories daily. At this time, you will be:

_ Eating normally.

_ Enjoying normal and healthy appetite.

_ Free of hunger pangs and urges to binge.

_ Wearing a healthy and sculpted look with healthy fat reserves only.

_ Having high energy levels.

_ Sporting glowing skin, healthy hair and a youthful, radiant look. So, let’s see what you can do to continue this happy state of affairs.

Do’s:

_ Eat 100% organic food.

_ Drink at least one gallon of pure water, preferably fortified with coral calcium tablets.

_ Avoid ‘branded’ food that is high on hype and low in the good stuff.

_ Fast food is taboo.
