Ideal Bodyweight – Smaller Butt or Younger Face?

by Guest User on July 2, 2011

It comes with an old clich that unfortunately is valid. When it comes to slimming down, an older woman will have to choose from saving “her butt or her face.” This means indisputable fact that should you lose a lot of weight that person may look more haggard and wrinkles could be emphasized. You could get gone a double chin and get a flapping turkey neck instead.

Jowls which have lost their pads of fat could hang and gaunter cheekbones could develop a ghoulish or wolfish look by using an older face. Eyes could seem more sunken and also the skin could lose its dewy a sense tautness. Often older faces which have lost too much weight appear cadaverous or as though they are continually remembering the pain section of another old expression “no pain no gain.”

In fact a fatter face often looks so much younger than a gaunt face. The additional fat pockets plump out hollows within the right places making a youthful appearance.
Wrinkles and expression lines such as crow’s feet are simply less noticeable and sometimes the skin texture on the plumper woman is just smoother and healthier looking.

On the other hand, should you keep enough weight for you could end up with a tail or thighs which can be bigger than you originally desired. Work out at home with some exercise equipments like the following:  Horizon Evolve SG Compact Treadmill, Horizon Fitness T91 Treadmill, LifeSpan TR 1200i Folding Treadmill, Schwinn 860 Treadmill, Sole F80 Treadmill 2011 Model, Schwinn 240 Exercise Bike, schwinn 230 recumbent exercise bike, Sole E35 Elliptical Trainer , Body Champ Elliptical Trainer, Body Max Exercise Bike or any other equipment as long as you are comfortable with it. Realize that many older women with beautiful line free visages and gorgeous complexions usually are generally apple shaped or wrong in their lower body.

So can be there any remedies because of this all too familiar paradox? Do you really have to sacrifice how you look for a smaller buttocks? Will it need to be either?

Unfortunately the older you are the more inescapable this sordid truth is. You either accept being slightly heavier otherwise you can spend thousands of dollars on anti -aging serums and plastic surgery to reduce excess skin and wrinkles brought on by the body weight loss. Otherwise you can choose to have plumper, less lined features and spend a lot of money getting liposuction in your tummy, thighs and buttocks.

Fortunately, having a little bit of “a booty” is in as may be demonstrated by sexy superstars including Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez. Remember that there are also many celebrities who buy padding to insert to their underwear to keep their backsides looking plump and well rounded. This seems so unnecessary when all these “stick insects with mascara” (as Bridget Jones called them) could easily accomplish this by consuming several good meals. In order to be “cool” you’ll choose having a slightly bigger butt plus a younger face.

Although being thinner is healthier then being too fat, the most effective compromise will be the healthiest weight to your age and the entire body shape. Remember too the people that look the youngest, it doesn’t matter what their weight, are the ones that are the happiest and never consumed with stress by such things as calorie restricted diets, painful cosmetic surgery as well as caring too much how many other people think. It’s all inside the attitude.
