At first I had to have a good laugh, like there is any actual nutritional value in most of the food offered by the fast food chain. My frivolity swiftly turned into “holy cow” mode after I observed the list of trending key phrases also included Wendys nutrition, Arbys nutrition along with others.

The Medical Factor: Could it be that medical scientists, in an attempt to awaken a world full of folks who are slowly killing themselves with food, are performing research on McDonalds nutrition and also the prospective damage that fat and unnecessary calories can do a persons body? I would like to believe that is the case!

The Guilt Factor: Can it be that there are folks who are struggling with a fast food addiction and are seeking ways to warrant their habits?  I believe this is the likely scenario.

Tha harsh truth is that people who are serious regarding their health and nutrition, unless they are performing groundwork to assist their friends, family members or clients, are not eating Big Macs, Super-sized Fries, Apple Pies and chasing it with Diet Coke nor are they seeking justification to do this, at least not most of these people anyway.

A large part of the reason that people find it difficult to slim down and get their cravings under control is due to inadequate nutrition. Many people do not realize just how important several essential vitamins and nutrients are to our bodies and yet the majority of us DO NOT get those nutrients and vitamins even if we are eating a healthy diet and workout five to seven times per week.
