The Absolute Worst Type of Excuses for Not Keeping Fit

by Guest User on May 8, 2011

When considering getting in great shape, people get very creative when they attempt to come up with reasons not to do it. The simple truth is that before we actually are fit, exercising is no fun at all; it’s merely hard work. Pushing our bodies to get in condition never feels great, despite having the rushes of endorphins. Though the endorphins are great, our bodies still ache, get drained and make us detest them for a little while. It’s no surprise that we’ve been so skilled at uncovering other things to do with our down time! Below are a few of the most common excuses individuals use for not exercising everyday.

Just how often have you believed I want to workout but I just do not have the time? If you wish to skip exercising this is the most awful excuse you could possibly make to yourself. The simple truth is that there is always time to work out because you can exercise while you are working on other things. As one example: you can take the stairs as opposed to the elevator at the job.  Why not pack yourself a healthy lunch and eat it while you go for a walk on your lunch break as an alternative to getting some junk food. Walk around your office or do minimal impact exercises while you take conference calls. In the early evenings, you can actually get in a good work out while you are watching your favorite tv show. Of course there is time to do the exercise, you need to simply in fact hunt for it.

How frequently do you tell yourself that you’re going to exercise later, when you can actually afford some good equipment systems or a gym membership. Thats basically unproductive and avoidance type of behavior. Getting into good condition does not call for any elegant equipment systems or pricey gym subscriptions. You can easily exercise at your home using videos on the internet or that you’ve checked out from the library. You can perform workout routines you learn about in magazines. You usually do not need anything more than your body and some room or space to move around to get into far better health.

Perhaps you have said “I want to workout however it is painful and I get exhausted when I do it”? Please do not do this ever again. The truth is when you start out, your regular workout is going to make you exhausted and uncomfortable. As you get healthier, doing exercises gets easier. Start slowly so you won’t sense that you could be killing yourself each and every time you work out and improve endurance and strength. After you build these things up to a really good level, you’ll start to get endorphin rushes. Never rush: it’s going to happen eventually and then you’ll find that doing exercises is often fun.

You can find a lot of explanations not to exercise from not having the ideal exercise clothes to being too busy. The good news is that exercising and getting fit can be worked into your lifestyle no matter what youre wearing, the level of down time you have (or dont have) and what kind of products you may have on hand.
