Shed 10 pounds with the 3 day diet, or so they say. With a lot of diet plans out there, the ones that constantly catch my attention are the ones that promise huge amounts of weight loss in a ridiculously short amount of time.
The 3 day diet plan works by having you follow a strict, 3 day meal program. It tells you specifically what to eat, how much to eat, and if you need to eat it. The meals are common items quickly picked up at your local grocery shop, and there does not seem to be any outlandish ingredients you will need to search all over creation for.
Most diets strive to accomplish this balance, and it appears that this diet plan is attempting to do just that. Plus, the diet only lasts three days. Many people don’t like being told what to eat every single meal of daily, but if they know they only should diet for three days, it does not appear that poor.
Ten pounds is actually a lot to shed in 1 week, and such a drastic change over such a short period of time won’t be healthy for you.
Supposedly the three day diet works by causing a chemical reaction within your stomach when all of the foods are applied in the appropriate times. Even so, there isn’t any scientific data to support the diet, and extremely small evidence that it works.
