The best way of ensuring that as much of the Vitamin E remains in the food you eat you should make sure that you store it in the correct manner.  So make sure that all fresh produce is kept chilled in a refrigerator and any of the grains are stored in a cupboard so that they usually do not become damaged by strong light.  However if you are taking supplements of this vitamin make sure that you again store them properly.  The container in which they are kept must remain at room temperature and also stored in a spot that is dry.
